This service is for couples who want to have a professional help them plan their wedding from start to finish, and are passionate about designing a wedding that is both meticulously executed yet personal. We hold your hand every step of the way, but also create space for you to take be as involved as possible. Our full coordination clients value efficiency, direction and jaw dropping design!
Partial coordination & Design
The best of both worlds! This is great for the couple who has some of their core vendors already solidified and just needs some assistance to make the other details fall into place. Typically couples who select this option have already booked their venue + catering team. We come in and help tie up all the loose ends while also supplying you with a critical path and extensive checklists for the remaining months of your engagement. In this package we hone in on your design and make that vision come to life in way of design boards, mocks up, and sourcing.
Wedding Management
Everyone needs a go to person in the months leading up to their wedding. Emotions run high (to say the least), stress is imminent, and excitement is next level! . This service begins the minute you book and allows for open communication throughout the entirety of your planning. We strategically schedule meetings to minimize stress and make it possible for those last months of your engagement to be relaxing!

Book a complimentary meeting and let's get to know each other! We want to chat all things wedding but please tell us all about your cute pup and fav restaurant!

Book us
After the contract is signed, we immediately get you set up in our client workroom. This is a collaborative online software that we use throughout the planning process.

We have our first meeting! In this meeting, we map out your entire wedding planning process, add our meetings to your calendar and chat about all the fun details.

Simply put, no we do not offer day of services. Everyone needs a go to person in the months leading up to your wedding. Emotions run high, excitement even higher and stress is imminent. To be honest, it's nearly impossible for your wedding to go as planned when given just "one" day or month to plan and prep. We provide a wedding management service that acts in lui of day of. This allows us to work with you throughout your entire planning process, ensuring no details get overlooked and all questions are answered prior to crunch time. Our planning process allows for you to actually enjoy the months prior to your wedding and focus on what matters most - your marriage!

We are the first to arrive on-site and typically the last to leave. The hours in which we are on-site is determined during the planning process as oppose to upfront. There are always two of us on-site (sometimes more) running around and making magic happen. We facilitate, navigate and execute to perfection every aspect of your wedding. We guide and direct vendors, assist with set-up and breakdown, and ensure everything you ever envisioned comes to life.

Our planning process is a team sport – we believe weddings run best when you’ve got a team of people behind you. Our team is made up of three lead planners and several assistances. You will work with one of our three lead planners, however behind the scenes you’ll have all of us supporting you, staying informed and working to make your wedding come to life.

We believe in quality over quantity. We take on only a certain amount of weddings per year to ensure connection and proper support for all our clients.
